It's a recurring service that can help you boost productivity, reduce complexity, streamline your workflow, and maximize your results with HubSpot.
Quick Assist offers access to a team of HubSpot Specialists and Strategists, who provides personalized support and advice to help improve your HubSpot usage and workflow. During the call, you can discuss your goals and challenges, and receive expert insights and recommendations.
With Quick Assist, you can get additional support via email and screen recordings for quick questions or specific feature help. The team responds within 24 hours with detailed explanations or recorded demonstrations.

Quick Assist cost €149 per month for each person you want to have access to the service. The base package includes up to one hour of consulting time per month.
If you need more help than the included time, you can purchase that in bundles of 5 and 10 hours (custom packages are available for larger purchases).
Extra time purchased will not be credited if unused and will expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
Quick Assist includes access to our customer portal with resources, email support, and up to 1 hour of consulting time. There is no rollover of unused time, but the included time can be shared between users.
You can add additional hours in bundles, and you can see your current balance in the Hubex portal:
Purchased time can be shared between all users, will not be credited if unused, and expire 6 months after purchase.
If you want to give additional people access to the service you'd need to purchase additional seats for the Quick Assist service.
The total time available will be shared between users, i.e., if you have four users you'll have a shared monthly time allotment of four hours.
You can add users from the Account page in the Hubex portal, or by emailing email@example.com.
The subscription is tied to a specific user. As such, you can't use your user to schedule a time for a colleague.
That being said, if you need a team member to be on a call with you, that is ok.
Note that we reserve the right to edit or cancel your subscription if we see that our services are being misused.
Yes, you can edit or cancel your subscription to Quick Assist at any time. Downgrades or cancellations will take effect from the next billing period.
However, we recommend giving it at least three months to see the full benefits of the service.
The length of each Quick Assist session can vary depending on the topic and your specific needs.
The default time slots you can schedule are 15 or 30 minutes, and we count the time used per started 15-minute increment.
Sessions that require more time usually require more preparations and follow-up work and are typically better suited in a workshop format (can be purchased separately).
If more time than planned is used, we'll deduct this time from your available time for the current billing period. We calculate the time used in 15-minute increments.
Yes, in order to use our Quick Assist service you'd need to have at least one Hubex-employee in your HubSpot account.
To make sure that we can give each of our customers the time and attention they deserve.
If we're getting a very large amount of support queries we reserve the right to limit access and/or reduce the availability until the usage has gone down.
In addition, some questions are better fit for a call than long multi-thread emails. In such cases, we will recommend you use your included time to schedule a call with us.
