Common questions

How do you define a task?

As a rule of thumb, a task can be completed using one HubSpot tool/function without the need to change to a new window.

Example tasks:

  • Set up a landing page
  • Set up a thank you page
  • Update a header
  • Update a module/page-template
  • Set up a workflow

What would be considered more than one task?

  • We need to go into multiple tools
  • We need to create multiple assets

For example, while we can create a landing page as a task, setting up a complete webinar campaign with a landing page, a thank you page, a kickback workflow with associated emails, lists, and lead rotation would not be a single task.

What kind of tasks is included in the One Task Subscription?

In general, we can do anything and everything as long as the task meets the following criteria:

  • It can be completed in full in HubSpot
  • You are able to reasonably explain or show what you are after
  • That it can be considered a single task as outlined in the "How do you define a task" section above. 

For an in-depth overview of the kind of work we typically do, please review our official scope of services here. In general, the limits would be the same as in the HubEx Lite subscription. 

Note that we reserve the right to decline a task if we consider the task not to be within our fair use clause

What is the turnaround time?

On average, our subscription customers get their first concept within 1-2 business days. The average task is completed and approved 3 days after it's actively worked on. The turnaround time will vary based on the complexity of the request and the number of requests in your queue. In addition, new clients might experience that things take a bit longer as we're getting to know you and your preferences. 

Need things to happen faster? You can always upgrade your subscription to allow us to work on more tasks concurrently.

What are the billing terms?

Upfront payment by credit card, monthly billing cycle (Stripe)

Do you use freelancers?

No. All our employees are hired and trained by us. But as we are a fully remote company, we hire from all over the world.

What happens when I sign up?

Within a few minutes, you will get an email to activate your account.

You will also get an email from us helping you get started with using the Hubex portal and submitting your first task. 

Can I upgrade at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade to our unlimited subscription straight from the portal and will take effect from the next billing cycle (if you want to upgrade and do so faster, you can always get in touch to speed things up).

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription from the portal or contacting support using chat or email. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
