On average, our subscription customers get their first concept within 1-2 business days. The average task is completed and approved 3 days after it's actively worked on. The turnaround time will vary based on the complexity of the request and the number of requests in your queue.
In addition, things will take a bit longer in the first few weeks as we're getting to know you and your preferences.
Once you've completed the trial activation you'll get an email to set your password.
You'll also get a welcome email from your onboarding specialist, to make sure you have all the information you need to get started.
During the trial, you can cancel any time during the 7-day period.
Once the trial period over, your account will be converted to a HubSpot Unlimited Lite Subscription.
When you sign up for our Unlimited Lite Subscription, we offer a 7-day free trial from when you sign up.
If you don't cancel the subscription during the trial period, the payment method you provided during registration will be charged for each month you continue your subscription until you cancel.
